Who we are

Noble Tutoring & Prep runs tutoring centers in Dripping Springs, Texas. This policy covers our website, nobletutoring.com, and the information families share with us when they book, enroll, call, text, or email us.

Information we collect

• From parents and guardians: name, email address, phone number, and billing details. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our own systems.
• About students, from a parent or guardian: name, grade, school, subjects, goals, and anything a parent chooses to share so we can teach well, such as accommodations. Our tutors also keep session notes.
• When you visit the website: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools from our website platform.
• When you call or text us: your phone number and the content of your messages.

How we use it

• Schedule sessions, match students with tutors, and teach.
• Bill for sessions and memberships.
• Answer your questions and send updates about your student's sessions.
• Send our family newsletter and program announcements. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Children's privacy

We teach students from pre-K through 12th grade. We collect information about children from their parent or guardian, not directly from children, and we use it only to provide tutoring and related services. Our website is meant for parents and adult visitors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian can review, correct, or ask us to delete their child's information at any time by contacting us.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we text you about scheduling, session reminders, billing, and replies to your questions, and, if you opt in, occasional program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Topline (built on LeadConnector): our website, contact forms, email, and text messages.
• Noto: scheduling, student records, and billing.
• Finix: payment processing.
• Google Workspace: email and documents.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a student.

Cookies and website tools

Our website platform uses cookies to keep the site working and to count visits. It also runs a visitor-identification tool that can match a visit to contact details the platform already has, such as from a form you filled out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Security and retention

The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to family records is limited to the staff who need it. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused. We keep information while your family works with us, and afterward only as long as we need it for tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your student. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email and stop texts by replying STOP. To make any request, contact us.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
