Kathy founded Noble Tutoring to close a gap she saw in Dripping Springs — affordable, ongoing math support for K–12 students. Across 18 years she taught everything from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus and Statistics, launched Dripping Springs High School's first engineering program and robotics club, and later taught math and science methods as an adjunct professor at UT Austin. She holds a Civil Engineering degree, a secondary math certification, and a Master of Arts in STEM Education from UT Austin — earned on a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation scholarship.
